iOS integration
So I have the iOS integrated with my fitness pal and as I take my walks it seems to input some calaries burned in My fitness pal exercise area. My question is should I just leave that calorie burned there because it calculates as I go, or add it in as cardiovascular myself as well?

Which should I trust more HRM or machines?
I have been working out for a couple weeks now and on the machines I do enter all the information so I trusted the calorie burn.
