I have set my original goal to be two pounds a week.

I understand I'm there too, but I just take each day and say today I can do it. I can't think past today because I'm not sure what tomorrow will be like. So focus on one day at a time and before we know it next time this year will be different.

This is the answer I wanted. I know it seemed like a silly questions but someone else was saying it shouldn't count it is like drinking soda. That only plain water would count. I thought different and wanted confirmation. Thanks for not being rude like some others!

Where are you learning to cook healthier from? That is what I am struggling with. I am not a person who likes to cook in the first place, and BTW you look amazing!
