check in on my fitness pal

I am wondering about what others do when your weight fluctuates and you put it in your check in? By this I mean that when I started a while ago I entered my starting weight. I lost 10 pounds but gained some back, then lost a bit more. Each time it shows on my profile I lost but I don't think that is correct because technically I am still in the original 10 pounds lost. How does everyone else handle this?

    Every Friday morning I put in whatever the scale says - up, down or the same. I know a lot of people only put in the losses but my weight fluctuates up and down so it'd be wrong 50% of the time and that would bug me.
