HRM says I've burned over 3000 calories today...
I wanted to wear it for a full 24 hours, of course it's not all exercise, but some normal activity for me (and it's not been 24 hours yet). I'm gaining weight instead of losing... can someone please tell me how many calories I should be eating compared to the numbers on this heart rate monitor?

Does Coconut oil applied topically count as calories ?
Just curious, does the coconut oil I use for dry skin, and in my hair, .... count toward calories?

Painful trouble with weighted bar on shoulders
Just getting started and trying to do my squats with the weighted bar on my shoulders but it hurts, and it hits the bone in the back of my neck....am i doing it wrong or is this something I just need to get used to? ... any suggestions?

I started trying to lose weight in January of 2011, at the time I weighed 138, I tried to eat clean, but not really, I ate ok and I did exercise plus lots of activity during the day.... never lost a pound.... I didn't take measurement so I have no clue if I lost inches but my clothes never fit different, so…
