Hi, I am just trying to adjust my caloric intake. For the NROLFW diet plan calculator, what is the difference between Active Workout and Strenous Work and Work out? What would one of the Stages be classified as? Anyone know?
Hi, I've just completed stage one and no change in measurements or weight. :( I was hoping for more out of this stage. I am 5'8 and about 170 pds. I am eating about 1800 calories a day. Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong! Should I up my calories or give it more time? HELP!!
