Body Fat Percentage
I recently found out my BFP, and it's 19.6%. What's everyone else's? Also, how did you lower yours? I really want mine to be at the most 13, so I was just looking for some help/ideas. Thanks in advance! :)

Good/bad sugar?
I was looking at my diary and I noticed how much sugar I've had today, 34 grams! 20 of them came of my chobani yogurt, and the rest came from whole wheat bread and rice cakes. I eat way to much fat.
I was wondering how many grams of fat you all eat per day, and what helps you keep it low? I find myself eating like 40-50 grams a day, and that seems like a bit too much. Thanks in advance!x
