lbs lost but no inches
I've been following an eating plan of cutting out sugar where ever possible and cutting right down on refined carbs (white bread etc). I've managed to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks which is great as only really have a few lbs left to lose and I'm feeling better for it. After jumping on the scales this morning and jumping off happy…

Running and Breathing
Started running about a month ago and find I'm constantly out of breath. Within about 5 paces I'm huffing and puffing like a 20 stone asthmatic. I don't think I'm that unfit I cycle about 50 miles a week and walk 4 miles a day in an hour as well as doing weighs etc a couple of times a week. I'm only about 5lbs overweight…

Want to eat
Had a huge row with my husband last night so I'm feeling really low. Really want to just go and eat and eat until I pop. Anyone else get this, if so how do you get over it or do you just give in and have a "bad day", which is what I feel like doing but trying not to. Any tips appreciated before I go gorging!!!
