Just blew it!!
so I do extremely well all day long on my eating, but when it comes to later at night, I blow it! Tonight I ended up eating the worst thing I could have chosen...potato chips! Bad, bad, bad. And ot even hungry! What do you all do when you start sabotaging your program?

Zumba
with all the rage about zumba, why does it not come up on the results list for cardio exercise? Am I missing something? I have no idea how many calories I burn in an hour-long class to even guess for a custom entry. Help, anyone?

is there a way to adjust MFPs daily requirement for protein and carbs? Although I dearly love my carbs, I think 55% carbs a day isnt the best plan for me.
