Tough Mudder Workouts
How do you classify them? Circuit training? I have been doing the Tough Mudder "Mudderling Boot Camp", it has pushups, pullups, burpees, etc. mixed with cardio blasts. I don't know how to catalog it in my exercise diary, though. TIA!

Getting up early to work out
How do you do it?!? I want to work out in the morning, so it's out of the way and I have time for other things in the evening. But I just can't pull it off very often, and when I do I feel so slow and clumsy. Share your tips if you can do this successfully!
