30 day shred progress
i am on level 3 day 1 of the 30 day shred. so far i have lost 7 pounds. i didnt take my "before" pic until i was 6 days in and i regret not taking any measurements. my "progress" picture is at 15 days. i am doing each level 10 days long. i have 9 days left. this is my first time posting pictures so i hope it goes okay. 6…

c section mamas
i had posted awhile back asking what everyone is doing to tighten their stomachs back to normal. i am posting again asking for more of you ladies to share what you are doing, my pouch has definitely shrank but it still needs 90% make over lol.

shin splints
i've been doing the 30 days shred and my shins (especially my left) are killing me. i have worked out off and on for years and have pushed myself insanely and never had shin splints before. what can i do to help myself so i dont have to stop working out if thats at all possible? TIA!

i'm in need of mini goals
i have never posted a topic on here yet, i have recently came to a 27 pound loss and i have 46 more pounds to go. i really need some mini goals to motivate myself and to feel rewarded. i have support but i guess i would like more from my hubby and family but they all have their own stuff going on too. my friends mean well…
