My first time on mfp I did my settings and it set me up for 1200 calories. I was working out and starving. I upped my calories and weight just flew off. Everyone is different

i am doing each level for 10 days, im using 5 ib weights. i have lost 7.5 pounds. i regret not taking measurements. i try to eat decent but im between 1300 and 1600 calories. its the only workout im currently doing. i have 8 days left.. this was on day 6 this was day 15

I love that its only 25 mins. Its so hard to find time with my kids. I love fast results and its easy to make time for 20 mins a day

Take lots of pictures! I have another set of pics in between these. I also took pics of my sides and back. My back is shedding like crazy too. I have 50 more pounds I am losing, I'm happy with this start

thank you <3 it is a lot of impact but i love these results! i knew i was shaping up but people dont lie when they say pics show it all. i didnt realize how drastic of a change it was in 2 weeks.
