  • I didn't read all comments but I think you just need to be consistent with your calories and logging. Buy a food scale, I swear its awesome to get a true understanding of proportions

  • honestly if i were you, i wouldnt eat the whole meal. i would drink a ton of water and make sure to get an awesome workout in. chinese food is my biggest weakness and i know its horrible for me so IF i do get it i make sure i wont get on the scale the next day lol. good luck!!
  • the stretchmarks are the worse! i am just so afraid i wont be able to tighten it back up and it can be discouraging. my stomach is going to look so gross with the millions of stretch marks :( i will definitely be adding pilaties (sp) into my workout after i get some more weight off. i am currently doing the 30 day shred…
  • thank you for all the input! icing has already helped a lot since this post i cant even feel pain for now. knock on wood. i hope i can get through the 30 day shred i am on level one and have been stuck on it for some time now due to the fact that i want to commit to doing it for 30 days straight. i'll get to like 5 days…

  • thank you everyone for your ideas! i definitely think i can work with a lot that you guys offered :) i guess i just wasnt putting forth the right ideas that "qualify" as a mini goal. i didnt want set too high of rewards but an accomplishment is an accomplishment :) thank you!
