How to "diet" without feeling so tired all the time?
5'4" 130 lbs. Trying to maintain 1400 net calories per day. I exercise everyday for around 40 minutes. But I feel so tired all day. I even have difficulty breathing. How do I lose a few pounds of fat but without feeling that tired & unhealthy?

1200 calories is minimum amount of intake or net calories??
I'm just confused. Is it okay if I eat 1300 calories and exercise to burn 400 calories so the net could be 900 calories?? Or is it that the net calories shouldn't be less than 1200 calories?? Please help. TIA

Can't do a crescent lunge pose?
Every time I try to straighten my back leg, my knee hurt. Can I just do a normal lunge? Or does anyone have any tips? This pose is not only in yoga, but also in the stretching part of many workouts. So please help.
