In 2013 I lost 45 pounds! I was completely motivated! Then I lost it. I went from 217lbs to 170-172. I now weigh 200lbs. I'm depressed and feel like I'm in a sink hole. I still log in everyday and log. But I feel like I need a swift kick in he *kitten*!!! Anyone feel free to add me!!!

Okay so I love s&p chicken wings from the Chinese take outs! It's fried and that is no good! So I came up with an alternative!
