fast paced walking while holding hand weights and weights around the ankles...how would you add this to your exercise log on this site?
just wondering is there such a thing? im by no means a fit person and i havent been working out that long but when i feel like i have a burst of energy i want to exercise...so is it best to keep it to a limit or is it ok to workout as much as you want in a day?
