there are no shortcuts.
and what type of weight were you expecting to lose with this method? biologically speaking it's impossible to lose fat this way. you;d only be losing water weight which you;d regain once you rehydrated0 -
my goal is to lose 50lbs but i know a sauna suit is for water weigh...im exercising 30-45mins a day and trying to eat healthier...i got the sauna suit to help lose the water weigh to help me keep motivated..if i see just a slight difference after working out in it then i will want to keep going with my regular workouts0

Great way to lose water weight (and possibly work yourself right into heatstroke/heat exhaustion), but the water weight will come right back as soon as you re-hydrate. As far as true weight loss, they're of no value.0

gimmicks dont work. sauna suits, vibrating belts, super low calorie diets, etc are all just gimmicks.
the only thing that works is a consistent combination of eating right, exercising, being committed to your goals and patience. just do those and you'll reach your goals0 -
I don't think you lost you're money. You do lose water weight and will sweat a lot. I know somebody who loss lots of weight in the very begining wearing. I'm not sure it was the suit though. I have one and use to wear it to go walk for 30 minutes. When I came back everything was soaking wet. Again I think it helps some what. Your true weight lose will be from your water intake 8-10 glasses of just water each day, healthy foods, lean meats, vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains and exercise five days a week. You will need to do cardio and strengh training. Do give up and try the suit and see how you like it.0

^ This! ^
You do not burn more calories at a higher body temp .... you just sweat more. Not the same thing.0 -
You're just sweating out water and dehydrating yourself.
Don't do it.0
