I just ate amazing Raw Lasagna and I want to add it to my food journal but how? Do I put in each ingredient? HELP

feeling light headed
I did not write how many calories I was consuming before I started counting. I imagine it was a lot. This is my second day and I am feeling grouchy and light headed. I am assuming this is due to the drastic change in my diet. Has anyone else experienced this? Will it fade over time?
