How to track your food when eating out?
I will be attending a 2 day seminar next week where meals are included/taken in the hotel restaurant. I am worried I won't track my food intake accurately. Any suggestions?

How often should I weigh in?
I've really tried to avoid the scales most of my life but I am really trying to give this tracking thing a try. I like keeping the food diary - really makes me conscious of what I am eating. I've bought a scale and am tempted to weigh every day but I've read that every day is not good. What do you think? Once per week?

How to get started?
Trying to get back in shape after 2 very difficult years - - just trying to survive life - forget about eating right and exercise. I'm having trouble staying motivated. I'll workout on the weekends but not so much during the week. I have no excuses such as long hours or children to care for (other than my dog). Can anyone…
