I admit that I was hungry tonight! How hungry were you? I ate too much to fit into the screenshot. I also consumed 1 cup of broccoli and 5 cups of water I will still achieve my calorie target for today (and the week) after I enter my weekend run.

Smith Machines are great!
I have to disagree with those of you who see no use for the Smith Machines. They make great coat hangers and things to sit on in between sets of Squats and Deadlifts with free weights!
