Place all above ingredients in the blender and you will have a delicious protein smoothie in under 30 seconds.

If you like your smoothies to be thicker, just replace the Almond Milk with more Greek Yogurt or Ice Cream

I like Reeses Pieces and they contain 15g of protein per theater sized box. You can use PB2 as a lower calorie alternative.

You can also replace the chocolate protein powder with vanilla
