Cholesterol down 48 points!
Just before I began MFP I had blood work done. Cholesterol was 202, LDL was 129. Not bad, but not great for a 33 year old. I had my work physical last week and the results are in! Current Cholesterol is 154 and LDL is 96. It is very validating to know I am getting healthy on the outside AND inside! :happy:

How to count pizza - light cheese
So almost every Friday my family gets Pizza. Although I have not given it up, I get thin crust with veggies and light cheese.
