How do i change how many calories to eat because my TDEE is 1653
This just annoys me with popular threads. Just to post in them i keep having to keep going through threads and keep clicking continued at this topic, blah blah blah.:explode:
Im gonna burn 1500 calories a day, for a few weeks. 4 pounds lost per week = about 8 weeks to my GOAL!

Im following their plans and 3 weeks later. no weight lost.
I always go double my sugar intake, tell me how i can change it or how to lower how much sugar i eat.
