I've been stuck at 42 lbs lost for about 3 weeks. Any advice on kick starting the metabolism? I'm 42 lbs into a 68 lb goal. So close!
Does coffee count towards my water intake? I drink about 12 oz a day. And at least 1-2 cups of water with breakfast. I'd lean towards yes, since the brewing is water based. Let me know what you all think!

Staying under a 1700 Calorie a day diet! Any tips on foods that are filling and low in Calories? I drink water a lot...so that helps. Thanks!
