I want to lose some weight and be in better shape before my bridal showers, wedding, honeymoon but for some reason am lacking motivation! Any other brides out there want to join forces and keep each other on track?

Iron Intake

Help! I need to beat bloat
What are your tips for last minute slim-downs? I am not looking to crash diet, just to beat bloat before an event this weekend. Any suggestions on how you look your best for an event would be much appreciated!

I would like to drop a few pounds in the next two weeks for an event. The problem is I'm on a plateau. What are your tips for dropping the 'last' few pounds? I would prefer not to 'detox' and get back to old unhealthy habits.

I am reading a lot about people's goal body fat %. How do you measure? Can you do this at home? Also, what is optimal?
