Hello, After a few years of being off of MFP I am back! I am interesting in sharing recipes or ideas on low carb eating. How many carbs are you eating, what you are eating, and if you have been successful? I am on day 3 of trying to limit my carb intake. thank you in advance

Heart Rate- Burn
Supposedly for my age group (35) 80% of my heart rate while doing cardiovascular is like 154. I don't even break a sweat at that pace. I feel a great workout when i hit between 180-182. Is that bad???? Anyone know about this?

I dont see Zumba in the excercise directory and was wondering approximately how many calories you burn in 1 hour? I am debating if I should try tonights Zumba class thats offered in my gym. I normally do running about 3.4miles in 40 minutes which includes interval training. I also do another 20 minutes of strength. I'm…
