Low Carb Eating

Hello,

After a few years of being off of MFP I am back! I am interesting in sharing recipes or ideas on low carb eating. How many carbs are you eating, what you are eating, and if you have been successful? I am on day 3 of trying to limit my carb intake.

    I tried low carb... for about a day! It wasn't sustainable for me because I absolutely love carbs - I've lost 30lbs including carbs in my diet so I don't personally believe in restricting them! I just eat at a deficit and it gives me the freedom to eat what I want! Congratulations on taking the first steps to a healthier you! :D I hope you find MFP useful.
