Knee pain from exercise
Does anybody have any suggestions to help with knee pain from exercising? I alternate between 30 day shred and Taebo. I believe it's the 30DS that's causing the knee pain. I try to exercise with proper form and good shoes but my knees are really hurting. I can't even do squats and lunges anymore.

20 lbs in one day...please help
