cardio vs weights
i am about five pounds away from my goal and have included weights now. I don't know if i should back off the cardio or if i should continue doing cardio everyday along with weights. I also am having a hard time taking a day off of exercising. How often do most people exercise.

getting close to goal
I am close to getting to my goal and am finding it harder and harder to lose. I am doing around 50 mins of cardio six days a week and weights 3-4 days a week. I am finding i need to work out two hours a day to lose a half pound a week. any suggestions:explode:
