Does anybody have any recipes or snack ideas that they want to share? I'd love to try something new. Afraid that if all I have in my arsenal is meat and cheese, staying on track is going to be a long hard road.

I am such a beginner....I have no idea what I am doing. I have a goal of losing 90-100 pounds over the next year, and am already getting discouraged because I feel utterly clueless....Any tips you can share?
Wrong direction even.... The new Pink song keeps looping through my brain..."I've had a **** day..." Motivation is fickle. Seriously no excuse, except the same old bad habits. Blah. Gonna make myself walk a couple miles tonight. No excuses!
