That's definitely me... 5'5 and 260 lbs. Goal is to get between 160-170 and be more active. I am definitely an emotional and boredom eater, so tracking calories has helped me be more accountable (most days, we are all human after all). Anyone can feel free to add me, the more support, the better.

Thanks for the input. I have started chewing gum when I feel the need to munch (stress-reaction, I'm sure) and that helps. Meal planning is something I will need to make time for, that is one of my biggest downfalls. One day, one hour, one minute if necessary....this time I have to do it for me.
