I'm 3 months post partum and not bf'ing. I recently started dieting and exercising but the scale hasn't budged :( It's been 2 weeks already of logging carefully on mfp (1350 calories) and walking/jogging 30 min a day. What am I to expect at this point? I need to lose 12-15 lbs...

If I keep my food log successfully at 1200 calories, is a half hour daily ribbon enough to lose weight? I have 12 lbs to lose (post partum) Thoughts?
