Stalling at 180 lbs. what to do?
Hi guys! Since I became a mfp member I lost 20lbs. in about 5 weeks, sticking to 1200 cals and working out 4 to 5 times a week. I gained about 2 lbs. when ive been doing alot of walking for a week, then back to 180 lbs the next week. Now I think im stuck to 180 lbs. and feel like the scale isnt moving. Is this normal? What…

stuck at 120 lbs.
I was 200 lbs. before I became a MFP member. Goin to the gym almost everyday and sticking to 1200 cal helped me lose 20 lbs. in 4 weeks. Now its been 2 weeks but im stuck at 120. Is this normal?
