What was I thinking? I mean im stuck at 180 lbs. Used to be 200 and lost 20 lbs. I'm 5'4" btw =) I do 30 to 40 mins. of elliptical then the rest is strength training.

Hi brianne! Im 28 yrs. old and also a 5'4". I used to be 125lbs then went to 200lbs. after 10 years. I dont wanna go further than 200 so I decided to change my lifestyle.So glad to meet new friends here who share the same goals. In 3 weeks I already lost 12lbs. I know everything is possible. You can do it! =)
