Well that was another fall off the bandwagon… Not bad considering we are only what 3 months into 2011! Well I am pretty determined this time and I have changed my goals to give me more time and also to make them what I feel is more manageable! So I crashed and burned big time...

Just looked up my BMI and this was the responce... BMI Result Your BMI is 38.2, which means you are in the very overweight or obese category. Losing weight would make a big difference to your health - you might want to speak to your GP about the best way to do this.

... lose 24lbs by the end of this year? Its half of the first main target I have set myself. If anyone is willing to help me with this by giving me food and exercise pointers it would be greatfully appreciated :)
