I'm currently bulking and I'm reevaluating my macros...I was at 1900 calories, ~240 g carbs, ~45 g fat, ~140 g protein. I'm going to increase my calories to ~2000 because I stopped gaining. Easy way to come up with food options
I've been trying to think of an easy way to quickly figure out my food options for the week. I plan out my meals a week ahead of time (usually), and I plan them in such a way to meet my macro requirements (which right now are 145 g carbs, 50 g fats, and 160 g protein).
