Easy way to come up with food options

I've been trying to think of an easy way to quickly figure out my food options for the week. I plan out my meals a week ahead of time (usually), and I plan them in such a way to meet my macro requirements (which right now are 145 g carbs, 50 g fats, and 160 g protein). So it can be tricky to quickly think of foods off the top of my head, while still not going over my calorie allotment (1650-1700).
My idea was to make a list of foods I currently have in the house (and update the list as needed) that fall under these categories-
- high carb
- high protein
- high protein/high fat
- high protein/high carb
- high carb/high fat (these would be mostly cheat foods I think)
Does anyone have any other ideas? I'm always trying to think of ways to do things more efficiently.
