Percent body fat for women
My diet is being supervised by my physician. I've been very successful so far and have reach a healthy BMI, and surpassed the weight goals I had set for myself. I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 144. My doctor uses a special medical equipment thing (like a bod pod, but different) to measure my percent body fat, lean muscle, and…

One year progress - Size 20 to 10
I'm still a work in progress, but since it's my "anniversary", I feel like I should celebrate how far I've come. One year ago, I decided I would not approach my 50s at over 200 lbs. Scared of going on vacation
Tomorrow my family is leaving for a week at the beach. I love the beach! However, I've been doing so well with my diet and exercise plan that I'm terrified of all the temptations there. We'll be staying with my mother also, who always has tons of salty, sweet, yummy foods in the house, as well as lots of beer and wine.…

Fasting glucose
I had a blood test taken a few weeks ago and while my doctor said all the results were fine, I noticed that my glucose was 103. It was even marked by the lab as being outside the normal/healthy range. I have another appointment scheduled in January and am already trying to lost weight and eat better (i am about 50 lbs…
