Upper body strength, where to start?
Hi, So I've never really worked out properly in my life and I literally cannot do one single push-up and wouldn't even attempt a pull-up. I carry a lot of weight on my chest which I think hinders me because I'm fine lifting vertically just not pushing up or pulling up. Where can I start?
