Tall, vegan and new - hello!

Hi all,
Joined up yesterday, although I've used MFP in the past. Would be great to have some faces on my friends list, those with similar stats, location or interests especially
I'm 26, 6ft tall and 225lb. So my BMI has just crept up into the obese category. Pretty unfit, currently building up some cycling endurance and on week 3 of C25k which I do with my partner. I'm Scottish, but live in Leeds, England and I'm studying to be a midwife.
I'm vegan, have been really lax with this recently (hallomi on the bbq - uh oh!) but now completely animal free again and intend to stay this way.
I go through phases of being obsessive with diet and exercise then giving it all up completely and I'm hoping this time for more of a lifestyle change. Start back at work next week and hoping to cycle to and from every shift although there are loads of hills which puts me off a lot. I think a lot of my barriers to exercising are confidence and self esteem and if I can achieve a bit of fitness (ie. be able to run for more than 2 minutes!) it will help lots with this.
I put my goal as 170lb (BMI 23), but we'll see how I get on. I find my body sits most often at around 200lb, so I'm expecting to find it easy to lose the first 25lb and then hard after that. I'm hoping that losing weight will act as a breast reduction too, currently at 36HH/J. to get down to E or even F would open up so many more underwear possibilities!
Okay, add me if you think we'd get on!
Anna
