Insanity and Caloric Intake...Insanity Guide or MFP?
Hi all, I started insanity today and I was wondering what everyone used to determine the caloric intake. Insanity suggests using the harris benedict equation and with that I would eat 1860 calories a day and with MFP has me eating 1550. I was wondering what you guys went by when you did insanity.
