Anyone on slimfast?
Can anyone on slimfast diet please add me for motivation- I'm only on it for a temporary length of time (one month maximum) and I eat a lot of veg for my evening meal to make sure I'm getting enough nutrition for the day.

Anyone had health problems after color run?
So I volunteered at color run just over a week ago in a color zone (meaning I've had prolonged exposure to the powder) and since then I've been fairly short of breath and occassionally go wheezy and cough a lot... :/ I'm a bit worried it's not always a problem just when exercising or something.
