New (yummy?) mummy!

Heyyy,

I haven't been on here for a long time. I'm a new Mummy to my 2 month old daughter, Aria. As a breastfeeding Mum I need to eat healthily but keep my calories up at the same time. Currently doing the 30 day shred each day to get back in shape. I'm on day five and already noticing a change in my fitness! I try to work out every day but Aria is my number one priority so on her fussy days I may not always have the time.

Any other new parents out there want to add me? Or just anyone who can offer support and encouragement...I have always interacted with my friends on here :) hoping for people who will do the same as it's so much easier to lose the weight with support!
