Healthier eating not working!
I have been sticking to logging on MFP for the last month but don't seem to be losing any weight. I am allowed 1200 cals daily and stick to it, and am exercising 3x a week (cardio at gym, 30-45mins). A query about the 'starvation mode' concept
Just wondered if anybody can enlighten me here. I have heard/read/been told all about how we need a min of 1200 calories to function, if you eat a lot less or 'starve' yourself you will stop losing weight. Inconsistencies with scales..
Anybody found this? Scales at my parents and my scale at home both read differently, bought another electronic today which puts me 1/2 a stone more than the scales at my parents!!
