I have a 2 week old, and I am nursing on demand. I am wondering if I should just skip the calorie counting section until she is a bit older and not living solely off me? Anyone have any experience with breast feeding and weightloss?
Holy crap. This is so hard. The side lundges with front raises makes me feel like I am very uncoordinated. Anyone else do this and have trouble there?

Hi. I am a 25 year old mom of 3. I have 70 lbs that I want to lose and I am looking for someone to hold me accountable. I run a daycare so I am surrounded by snacks all day.
