how long should i wait to exercise after eating?
I try to eat every 2.5, eating a total of 6 times a day. I work, out every other day doing 20 mins of cardio, 10 min of abs and an hour to an hour an a half of full body strength training... so that's 1.5 - 2 hrs of exercise. So if I eat at 8am, I'd have to start working out by 8:30am to be done by 10:30am. Half an hour is…
