I am .50 pounds from my goal weight... Just over 4 months and I am down 41 pounds.... I'm amazed that this happend.... It didn't come easy... Too little calories?
I think I need to eat more calories, my net (food - excercise total) was 1,100 calories the last two days.... I think I have entered Starvation Mode.... Has anyone else experienced this?

I need potassium!
