  • I log it as cardio. The Les Mills website says you can burn up to 600 calories, I log in 320 calories. I probably burn more than that, but i'd rather be conservative with the estimated calories. I love that class. I will be taking it in 2 hours!

  • I don't know if it is right, but I don't do a rest day. I only lift MWF and run the other days. I don't really think a 3 mile run that takes 24 minutes really qualifies as a hard workout day. If I were lifting only, then I definitely take off a day between lift days.... Keep up the great work!

  • In regards to weight loss, anything cardio. Walking/Jogging/Running/Biking. Anything that gets the heart rate up. I love the elliptical when it comes to good cardio work with very little impact. Good luck!

  • I've heard that sea salt has more flavor, and actually has less sodium than regular tablesalt. Cambell's soup has started using sea salt in some of there soups for lower sodium. Try Googling it.
