    thanks everyone! i try to keep my calories betweer 1200 - 1500 and i eat alot of vegetable egg white omletes. You can eat loads without the calories adding up. I try to exercise 3-5 times a week, whether its at the gym or going for a walk with the stroller or doing an exercise video in the house. (whatever i can sneak in while my son is napping)
    I give alot of credit to MFP and all the wonderful people here, i couldnt have done it without this site and without my great friends on this site.

    In the 70 lbs you lost, are you including the time your were pregnant, or, did you lose 70 lbs AFTER you had the baby, and based on what you weighed AFTER you had the baby?
