Day to day fluctuation?
So, I weighed in friday morning and it showed 218 something. Down 5.2 pounds. I stepped on the scale yesterday morning for the heck of it and it's 221. Was my scale acting up Friday or is it common to fluctuate a few pounds from day to day? I didn't go over my calories and ate pretty clean. I'm not too concerned because…

Losing my bench
I did 4 sets of 335 for 4-5 reps last night. Three weeks ago I did 355 for 4-5. I also did singles and doubles the chest day before last night and finished at 390. 20 pounds less than he last time I I'd S & D. For me, this is the hardest part about losing weight. Good bye 400 :(
Did doubles and singles for my bench last night and got to 390. That's about 20-25 pounds less than where I should be. That's the hardest part for me about trying to lose weight. And mentally, the thing that's stopped me time and time again trying to cut weight. I think I'm riding this out though. Good bye 400 :(
