best shoes for running? I need recommendations
I want to start marathon training. I've tried walking for 3+ hours and i got blisters on my foot and it all points to my poor fitting shoes. the shoes are low quality and I neeed recommendations on best shoes for LONG distance walking/running. Thanks.
